D’Arcy Spiller returns with bewitching new single ‘Wolf Blood’ accompanied by the self-directed, heavenly studio performance video. This marks the first release of new music from the Naarm/Melbourne-based singer-songwriter since 2020’s debut EP Little Demons.

Luring us in for another peak of D’Arcy Spiller’s magical mind and penchant for a hook, ‘Wolf Blood’ is a melting pot of unnerving instrumentation mixed with the visceral storytelling that D’Arcy is becoming known for. Her newfound confidence comes to the fore with haunting howls that ensure shivers down the spine as she resolves running in her own pack;

‘Wolf Blood’ is the first taste of new music since 2020’s Little Demons EP, a collection of five songs that transport you to some achingly familiar places within oneself. The sometimes tender, sometimes driving compositions deal with hedonism and hurt, built around a voice that is instantly unique.From the crushing, ‘Cry All Night’, euphoric and emotionally charged ‘Wildfire’, spine-tingling ‘Deep Black Sea’ (which earned her triple j Unearthed Feature Artist and was added to rotation at triple j) to showstopper ‘What In Hell’Little Demons marks D’Arcy’s compelling introduction to the world.

With comparisons to Florence Welch and Lana Del Ray, D’Arcy’s emotive potency in Little Demons was met with acclaim from fans and critics alike. Receiving love from a plethora of publications, a front runner on triple J Unearthed which transcended to its sister station, triple J, plus key playlisting across Spotify and Apple Music.
