The UC Chinese Student Association (UCCSA) is more than just a club, it’s a vibrant community fostering connection between international and local students at the University of Canberra. Led by passionate members like Ricky and Fiona, who stopped byt the UCFM studios to talk with Ben on The Wrap Up. The association hosts regular events including welcome parties, BBQs, and market day stalls, all designed to share Chinese culture and support students navigating life in a new country. With a growing membership of 30 to 40 students, UCCSA is open to everyone, not just Chinese students, and aims to break down cultural barriers while offering a friendly space to chat, connect, and belong. Students can find out more and stay updated via Instagram, Facebook, or WeChat, making it easy to join the fun and feel at home on campus.
