All Day Breakfast is a slacker rock three-piece that has recently returned to the Canberra music scene. Born and raised in Canberra, cousins Aodhan, Tom and Declan have been playing together all their lives, with school holidays spent practicing music at each other’s houses.
Tom stopped by the UCFM studio to chat with the crew from “And now…” about the band’s Debut EP “Teen Angst for Twenty-Somethings”. The EP wrestles with the struggles of young adulthood, adjusting to adult life and work post-uni, mental health, and existential dread while not taking any of it too seriously.
