Uni is meant to be about new friends, new freedom, and figuring yourself out — but navigating relationships doesn’t always come with a rulebook. On the series return of The Wrap Up, host Ben chatted with Juliette Straughair from UC’s Respect. Now. Always. initiative about how the uni is helping students build safer, healthier connections on campus. From recognising red flags to understanding what respect actually looks like day‑to‑day, Juliette shared why these conversations matter way beyond the classroom: “Having a respectful relationship and knowing what a healthy relationship is more important, because it’s going to help you in your platonic relationships, your romantic relationships and also your workplace relationships as well.”
